Interphalangeal Joint Prosthesis PIP

This PIP surface replacement device can be used as hemi- or total prostheses. As total joint replacement, the prosthesis consists of three parts: a proximal cannulated screw with a proximal joint surface and a distal implant. The proximal components are secured against rotation with a hexagon and individually mounted on a taper. As total joint replacement, it is a metal on metal articulation.

All parts are made of biocompatible materials according to ISO/EN standards. Ti coating allows permanent fixation without cement.
